Morpheus is the system Harmony's founder built to run his own work: it takes in his conversations and notes, keeps them as searchable memory, shows the business on one command deck, and answers by voice on his Mac. It has one user today. This page is for people who want it for themselves.

MEMORY
Conversations from a wearable recorder and notes are taken in and kept as a knowledge base the agent can search.
COMMAND DECK
An installable web app with three areas (life, business, agent): clients, payments and KPIs from live data, plus chat.
VOICE ON THE MAC
A wake-word voice loop: speech is transcribed on the machine, answered by the agent, and allowed Mac actions are run.

- A command deck web app (SolidJS), a Mac voice daemon (Python, with tests) and a memory store, built July–August 2026.
- Used privately by one person, wired to his own accounts and data.
NOT BUILT YET
- Sign-up, more than one user, payments.
- A demo with sample data (the real one shows private data, so it is not shown here).
- A privacy and security review fit for other people's conversations.
